I was with a company that was purchased by Asure. The transition was seamless, my services have improved, my payroll specialist is amazing, knowledgeable and always available.
Now im trapped and being told i will have a 500 or more termination fee when still to this day im not paying the taxes on this payroll when i should be.
Prices are very competitive, word of mouth was great and from multiple sources. Offers live trainings with wonderful information, very inclusive platforms.
No one takes responsibility for frequent slip ups, errors.

I find it very confusing at times. I also don't care for the email sent to verify the sign in and I've asked to have it changed but have been unsuccessful at doing so.
I have worked with both Evolution Classic and Advanced HR and I prefer the Classic version. I love how user friendly it and and how easy reporting is.
They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

I was unable to screenshot my own paystubs due to security reasons. Very minor inconvenience as you can download the entire stub.

There are also zero confirmation notifications if said requests are approved or denied, which would at least alert users if the request failed.
I like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate for payroll.
This can be abjectly infuriating, not only for the rep in question, but also from a logistics standpoint and HR standpoint, as on the user end, it seems to have all gone through.
I enjoy seeing how much I am getting paid before my check arrives & I also love the fact that I can get my W-2 without hassle.
Sometimes when I log in I get a log in error even though I am using the correct login but I think it may just be a glitch.
