Shippit has been a reliable and amazing platform for us to use for our business. It is extremely user friendly and their customer support is great.
In the tracking screen it does not show all the deliveries that are delayed, you have to search for them 1 by 1, so there is no knowing ahead of time. You have to wait for the customer to notify you.
Love how easy this is to use. Makes shipping quick and easy.
And when you put in a ticket for information etc replies are all over the place and you hve no idea which ticket they are referring to, as the original subject disappears.
Would highly recommend and pleased we found it.
From the beginning, we had problems with, orders disappearing from the new orders screen to the booking screen.
