Certainty Software vs ePSM: Which is a better fit?

Certainty team is transparent and easy to work with. They have created a slick product that is easy to implement and is extremely responsive and helpful when questions arise or improvements needed.

I have also had a few issues with the audits not syncing and being lost if my internet connection is unstable, which is more of a user-issue than a software issue.

The data analytics were outstanding for our organization. The ease of entry for data, the versatility of reporting and the ability to update were great functions for an organization our size.

Reporting tools are limited. Should be able to build reports using any variables and custom as needed.

The feedback from the end users was great. Easy to use and great features they previously did not have access to when completing an inspection.

The back end answers and question types are hard to manage.

We have been able to offer the tool to existing customers to improve the quality of our service and gain new customers thanks to the analysis it can provide.

When setting up new sites, jobs, users. If you don't do it all the time its hard to remember how and it's not blatantly obvious.

The software is easy to use and navigate to find information that you are looking for. The dashboard really does a good job of listing items that are of importance.

Uploading training materials can be confusing. Especially the category.

Allows me to compare to previous readings and report any issues. Love the tutorials on use and ability to access help if needed.

Crossover between IIAR & OSHA standards, confusing at times.

The dashboard is very user friendly and the site is easy to navigate. The daily notification emails are great to maintain visibility on upcoming tasks.

Can be a bit confusing @ times and the input screens are a bit "wonky" at times on mobile devices.

I really like how easy it seems to be to make changes and set up...Its fairly easy to use...But most of all it is very portable.

Hard to find items, I use daily and always search through tabs to find what I am looking for.
