It was a good experience, among all that evaluates, it was what best suited, what we were looking for. It has a very sales model and platform.

I consider the administrator must have the posibility to erase a wrong catalogue from the list instead to put as "not visible. Finally visible or not, it is a wrong catalogue and must be eliminated.

The quality of the software, the quality of the programs for effective maintenance assistance.

The application depends a lot on the network connection, if this fails I do not have access.

My experience with Fracttal has been excellent by the moment. I hope to continue learning and taking advantage of the benefits of this software.

The limitations to the admin users to carry out myoficications to the database system in order to fix user errors.

Sometimes Links in customer communication are broken - unfortunately no Zapier integration yet.

Over all Hubtiger has been far superior to other systems I have used in the past, and I believe they are heading in the right direction with having an even better product in the near future.

The fact that I use the software in Mexico and even it allows to translate, is not entirely accurate and its hard sometimes to customize some texts so latin people would understand.

I am very happy to be working with their team to implement the best system in my workshop.

The main feature we love and couldn't do without is the ability to communicate with my client via different forms of media. Also the care and support from the Hub Tiger Team.
