What our office likes most about the software is its ease of use, it is not complicated to create resources, and the scheduling of the resources. The Software is very user friendly.
The report feature was very confusing. I did not understand the directions.
Great dashboard and use of metrics. Brilliant that we could send documents through schedule it to the end user.

As the audio cuts in and out due to instability and also when person A or B speaks, it is hard to have a proper interactive training setup.
