ConstructionOnline vs Glaass Pro: Which is a better fit?

Take time to figure out what you need, where you are struggling, and where your current set up is failing you. Try to put a dollar value on that.

Look for quality customer service, good mobile capabilities, and a company with the backing of thousands of builders.

I tested this by creating a fake user account and assigning tasks to myself from construction online.

I like the cross-platform functionality. This is by far the easiest software to work with, with the help of their technical support staffs who are responsive and helpful to our needs.

It is a bit frustrating that there are 2 separate programs to have to maintain in order to completely utilize the program. It just seems to be more work than what it should have to be.

Color coordinating to help you streamline program and the fact that it started to save me time right from the beginning. Support team is great and they really try to help you move along.

The App that comes along with it gets stuck on a screen or 2 but I am working on that with the UDA team.

It's a practical and easy way to save your work. It's really useful and easy to access from everywhere and also a good reminder to have a daily report done for the job.

Missing some multiple choices in the layout of the daily report. Improvement of the off-line activity shall be implemented because it might be lack of connection on site.

The software is very useful for monitoring the progress of the work, and maintaining and recording the quality documentation without forgetting anything, and having everything updated in real time.

There is no possibility to modify an open diary in order to change (or add) the status of one field without the need of reopening the case.

A good standard in the quality management, and all in the organization can easily use it, because it's web-based, and you can use a computer, a tablet, a smartphone.

Difficult to say in this moment, I need more time to study deeply the software.

The Safety feature in GLAASS is an amazing tool to keep record and most important track and trace cases to get them closed in time.

Sometimes the software is slow to load, not sure is it because of my computer or not.
