ConstructionOnline vs ECI MarkSystems: Which is a better fit?

This is a great product for the price and we are glad that we found UDA ConstructionOnline.

Take time to figure out what you need, where you are struggling, and where your current set up is failing you. Try to put a dollar value on that.

Look for quality customer service, good mobile capabilities, and a company with the backing of thousands of builders.

I tested this by creating a fake user account and assigning tasks to myself from construction online.

I like the cross-platform functionality. This is by far the easiest software to work with, with the help of their technical support staffs who are responsive and helpful to our needs.

It is a bit frustrating that there are 2 separate programs to have to maintain in order to completely utilize the program. It just seems to be more work than what it should have to be.

Color coordinating to help you streamline program and the fact that it started to save me time right from the beginning. Support team is great and they really try to help you move along.

The App that comes along with it gets stuck on a screen or 2 but I am working on that with the UDA team.

The management team at Integrated Homebuilder is genuinely pursuing continual improvement, and is moving this product forward in exciting ways. They listen to their clients, to everyone's benefit.

Setup has been very difficult, and we received a lot of bad direction throughout the process.

They offer wonderful support from a well trained, kind and responsive staff, customer support has been exceptional. No software is perfect, and Integrated Homebuilder has room to grow.

As a growing company, those tools were weak and were a serious burden to our company, so we looked at home building software and decided on Mark Systems.

If you are a homebuilder looking for a great system to manage the entire homebuilding process with full support, you will certainly be pleased with the Integrated Homebuilder team.

Set up was not done properly, and we have spent the majority of time since up and running fixing issues. There is a lack of training for all employees.

I appreciate the support IHMS provides. They are always very responsive and helpful.

The implementation was challenging for us, but thats because at the time our building processes were very unsophisticated and we needed assistance getting us up to speed.
