Amazing, amazing price for all the features and analytics the platform has to offer. I really like how easy it is to identify influencers and perform hashtag research.
As mentioned above, there are some glitches with some of the tools on the platform that can sometimes be annoying. They also had to remove some features recently due to an API change on the IG end.
The data and graphics provide great information for analyzing effectiveness online. It's easy to setup you account and the system pulls a wealth of data within an hour of getting started.
Doesnt support instagram anymore, but that is a restriction upon everyone, not just them.

I upgraded to the next level to test the functionality, but they wouldn't let me go back to a plan they just retired unless I paid for annual. Pretty poor in my opinion and as a result I cancelled.

When it comes to pages management it some how confusing how some functions really disappeared or not working specially on mobiles. Without some experience it will be a miss to start your ad campaign.

The fact that you can delete yourself as an admin of your own page and then no one answers you on how you can fix it, is terrible.
A lot of the people most interested in what I offer are on facebook and the app itself help me share the information they are most interested in and most of the time on automation...a huge time saver.
Censorship can be annoying at times as what you may perceive as offensive remarks made by someone Facebook may not agree or reprimand the user, or vice versa.

Facebook has continuously been updating their platforms, and over the years it's grown, and now they have the numerous different apps that you can utilize. They have the tabs that you can toggle back and forth and see different relevant information such as the Marketplace and News Feed, personal profiles, business news. Yeah. Prior to my use of Facebook apps and tabs, I had to get my news sources from other areas, television, Google, also had to go on places like Craigslist or Angie's List and stuff to help find stuff to purchase or handyman services. So, one of the things that I really like about the Facebook apps and tabs is it's all condensed into one place, not having to scour through the internet to try to find all the different things that are relevant to what I'm looking for. In my opinion, it is super easy. Anybody with a Facebook profile can use Facebook apps and tabs. It's all just right there for you, and it's really convenient. I would recommend that anybody utilizes Facebook tabs. It's a streamlined service that's very convenient and I'm sure, anybody can find some relevance to it as well.
