User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.
I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.
That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.
The lack of stability and the appalling support.
The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.
It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.
The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

In the last time I created a creativity with transparent background, but I oudn't delivery it in apps but online in mSite. Celtra support said me this problem was a publisher problem.
My favorite is the weather component and being able to add sparkles and snow to your ads. This software is a lot better than other platforms I have used (such as Sizmek) for Rich Media advertisements.
There should be a sort of offline version for editing ads, even if your internet connection fails.
I like that it's easy to make updates and that there are so many functions out there. The customer service team helps us find the best capabilities to use per each of our client's KPI's.
There is nothing that I can say that I dislike. I use this all the time and I will continue to use it.

As of now it takes more time to list the campaigns in the dropdown. Showing a warning/alert when the CSV format is wrong for the locator component.
