PrintXpand vs Printful: Which is a better fit?

We likes the systems capabilities, we had certain requirements that we needed that this system was able to fulfill them.

In some cases, additional costs were incurred because the communication was not clear beforehand. Some features that we assumed should be included were also charged extra.

I liked that the designer comes with all the major features for adding text, images and art to a product and supports multi-side designs, making it perfect for just launching in the market.

Pricing can be a little inflexible some time, due to the fact that is hard to discover bugs in a modification / project directly, if then later find the bug it will cost some money.

I have had a great experience with PrinXpand in the last 3 years and credit their product and support for making my business succeed.

Results were delivered, though some important features we consider crucial for customer experience were missing, which resulted in additional costs.

A very good product designer tool with a lot of features that suits our needs perfect.

Be prepared for a lot of custom work and additional charges, If you have a big project.

Overall, I give Prinful 5 stars. At the end of the day, the quality of their products is amazing and it makes me proud to partner up with them.

Horrible all around and its a shame that Printful is allowed to proceed with this kind of terrible customer service and NO knowledge in basic Printing.

However, during Covid, printful was not well managed - shipping and customer service were horrible and have me considering going elsewhere.

They go out their way to help out with queries. Also there are plenty of discount codes and monthly competition to win prices which is very nice.

If someone wants a specific product badly, there could be weeks without availability before another one comes back into inventory. So these people will have been waiting quite patiently.

The quality of the printing has been as good as I've seen anywhere, the products are top notch, production has been fast and shipping has as well.

That last few days of the process is what they count as their fulfilment time, allowing them to pretend they kept their guarantee. I had a client's Amazon account that was completely ruined by this.
