I love the ability to create video quote clips for Facebook and customer service very responsive. I also teach people how to podcast and always recommend Buzzsprout.
If you don't use you space for the month you loose it. I have lost a lot of money because I don't all the time.
We started our podcast with it and was the perfect for beginners publishing to the different podcast platforms. Creating the short snippet capability and sharing it was awesome too.
Other times it will fail all together. This is really frustrating when trying get my cast up and to the listener.

Google integration from my tablet seemed to not always work when listening to podcasts got 404 errors.
The most important reason is that is free, very stable, easy to use and have all what you need to launch a pro podcast.
I don't find anything specific to dislike. Sometimes when you are editing your podcast have some interface lag but thats it.
