What I appreciated most was the ease with which we could transform a sometimes chaotic check-in and queuing experience into a seamless one where visitors felt like they were taken care of.
Cons would be a lot of our clients have learning deficiencies so it is difficult for some to navigate.
It helps in gathering name and other information related to customers and helps in informing them about their queue status. It helps in providing customized experiences to visitors.
The thing I dislike the most is how complicated it is to edit a profile.
I like knowing who has the client checked in. I like the ease of switching locations.
Lack of reminder system to remind departments to transfer patients to the next department. Lots of forgetting to transfer and patients having to wait awhile.
Brilliant tool for queue management, probably the best on the market.
Sometimes when their are changes it is hard to figure out how to use them.

OpenGov has been a great time saver for our County. All of our departments are very happy with it.
Some areas are difficult to navigate --you have to make some assumptions not mentioned in the instruction manual.
Open gov came in and did their part and it seems like a great tool especially when they are operating it. IT is easy to use once they set it the budget that you need.
The implementation process had a few still gaps like the PCF that discouraged us a little but of course, OpenGov heard our cries.
I feel that the user interface and it being web based are the two biggest plusses for the software. I have the ability to work on the files from anywhere which is great.
