Cons would be a lot of our clients have learning deficiencies so it is difficult for some to navigate.
It helps in gathering name and other information related to customers and helps in informing them about their queue status. It helps in providing customized experiences to visitors.
The thing I dislike the most is how complicated it is to edit a profile.
I like knowing who has the client checked in. I like the ease of switching locations.
Lack of reminder system to remind departments to transfer patients to the next department. Lots of forgetting to transfer and patients having to wait awhile.
Brilliant tool for queue management, probably the best on the market.
Sometimes when their are changes it is hard to figure out how to use them.
Eden has great customer care. Their customer service reps treat you with respect and kindness at all times and are super knowledgeable about questions related to the platform or features.
Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.
It has also helped us out keep a pretty good control over our room reservations. Using the software is very easy, and the simplistic user interface is something that can be very appreciated.
It is a burden to make changes to your floor plan. Not the actual task of re-organizing but where to find it within the admin portal.
It's been a great tool for us to handle managing an open desk concept at multiple offices around the country. The support team is also excellent, both very knowledgable and very responsive.
The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.
I have loved working with their team - the most exciting thing about the tool is that they're constantly rolling out new features and keeping a very client-first approach in how they build.
