Instabug empowers mobile teams to balance stability, performance, and feature development throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Shortcut is ideal for mid-sized Agile software teams who are looking for a Kanban-style project management tool that has enterprise-grade features, but is simple to configure and use.
Instabug is an amazing software, I use it frequently to test my app and keep it safe from bugs, it is a great software and reports each and every bug.
The cost , it's really problem in the first launching the app just it the obstacle in the software.
Using Instabug for bug reporting is super easy. The best thing about instabug is the ability to attach screenshots, notes, and video recordings when submitting the bug.
Not able to get live view of how the user got the crash as sometimes the details provided could lead to different situations that might cause that crash.
Instabug integrates easily and seamlessly with ios, android and web. It captures useful screenshots that can be edited, and the integration with JIRA is amazing.
There was also a number of cases when the app didn't recognize really similar crash reports so we needed to involve human work for consistent analysis.
The integration with third-party tools like Jira is again a very useful funcitionality that has made Instabug a winning tool.
We haven't found anything that we dislike with Instabug.
The Shortcut software and formerly Clubhouse, has been exceptional. When I have use MS, Linear, and others, They don’t make as happy and relaxed and fulfilled as Shortcut does.
I suppose this is a risk with any software in this space, but there is a danger of losing items if they are excluded from all your standard views.
Clubhouse is amazing : it's an innovative project management software very easy to use and very easy to deploy.
The app on Android is a bit buggy. It's sometimes hit or miss with the git integration, some stories don't get linked even when following the docs, though I could be doing something wrong.
I like the ability to label things by Epic and create custom workspaces is super helpful. The Clubhouse API is useful for getting information about activity and creating our custom metric reporting.
The integrations with these two are quite useless to be frank. We cannot push a feature from productboard to shortcut as a feature, only as an epic, and also can't link it to an existing epic.
The best feature in Shortcut for a marketer is the ability to track the customer journey, which is valuable for UX improvements and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Some technical bugs that come about (and no way to avoid upgrading versions) because it's a web app. Mobile app could also use some work.
