Anyone that has Windows PC, has more than one email address. The customers who have reported great success with the tool, have been small business owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, and Marcomms!
Great for anyone who wants to know when people are opening their emails and who want to work more productively in Gmail
Very happy with the performance of the software, the simple process and I love the ability to "see" all the important stuff clearly and quickly.
I understand how frustrating this is not to be able to use your calendar within Mailbird, and I would like to apologise for all the trouble and inconvenience caused.
The calendar integration is great, so no double checking on different apps and the tracking and filter options are great. Will recommend it to anyone that doesn't want big names to manage their email.
As I use contacts for everything this is very disappointing as I have to leave Outlook open.
Great integration with other products, clean look, and lots of customization. This is one of the best mail apps out there.
Their extremely poor customer service, or lack there of.
Like many reviewers said the program is beautiful, colorful, and has a nice video game feel. The icons are easy to understand and work quickly within the program.
A waste of many man hours, I am exhausted trying to debug, write mail bird tickets , running outlook so I have access to contacts and trying to keep up with my daily workflow.
I've had nothing but great things. Customer support has been super responsive and helpful.
None too specific to mention about but the frequent notifications are a bit annoying.
The excitement of using a great product like Docsify fades quickly when faced with the seemingly never-ending issues with their software.
Primarily in e-mail notifications, there's no mention of subject line, only that the recipient has opened the e-mail.
This is an awesome tool to help you track emails and document opens. Its helpful to know when a document is opened.
This sort of defeats the purpose of filtering what was tracked by Docsify and what was not.
Best 1on1 experience between myself and clients / prospects. And seriously great for those times when they say they didn't get the email, or didn't check the attachment.
Not sure yet since I am still learning to use all features.
David M.: My name is David. I'm a tier two support technician working in the IP field. And Mailbird, I give five stars. I use Mailbird daily to take care of not only my email tasks, but my calendar, my social media integration and attachments, and also my aggregate news feed, so I can keep up with the day's trends, news stories, contacts, and electronic mail transactions. My favorite feature with Mailbird is the universal inbox. It doesn't matter if my account is on Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Outlook, ProtonMail, whatever it may be, wherever I may have an email account, I can have all my aggregate email come into a single unified box. So I know how much email I have, who it's coming from and have a consolidated way to respond to it in a concise, clear, and organized manner. The thing on Mailbird that I least like is the fact that you cannot reposition the social media taskbar.
Dave C.: Hi, my name is Dave and I'm a director of a design agency. Today, I'll be reviewing Docsify, which I give three out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click on the link below. Before Docsify, I was using a variety of Gmail plugins, either for email tracking or document tracking if I would attach a document on. So it was nice to switch to another platform. When I originally moved forward with Docsify, what I liked about it was the fact that it was affordable and it offered a fair amount of services for tracking, if your email is getting a response, or if somebody is even viewing your document after you sent them an email. Getting started with Docsify is very simple and pretty straightforward. Just pretty much set up an account and they'll give you the next steps to get going with. But overall, very quick. For anyone that's interested in Docsify, I recommend that you check out their website. It lists out all the features, and you can also check for any updates that they had. There hasn't been as much activity or updates in the platform lately, and I don't really know how active they are in developing at this point.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
