Becka: Hi, I'm Becka. I'm an intake and administrative coordinator. I give Owl Practice a four out of five. And for more reviews like this, click below. In the past, I've used client databases and electronic medical records where we have been able to keep track of client information, family records, and the issues that I've encountered is when you've got a group of people coming together like a family, like a cluster of clients or patients, being able to link their records together has been very difficult. Before using Owl, I have encountered issues around privacy locks and confidentiality that have been problematic. I've used other databases that are not intuitive and are not often very user-friendly. I find that sometimes the access to IT support is sometimes challenging and not very accessible at all. And that sometimes has been quite problematic when you're on the go and you are needing access to support in order to then support clients on the regular and day-to-day, having to wait 24 hours or 48 hours for support can be challenging, very challenging, In selecting a product like Owl, we found for our business, it worked really well because it's built by psychologists. It's built for our business. It's built in order to care to the therapeutic client. It's built with clinicians in mind. It has an intuitive way about it so that administrators like myself can navigate through the program very easily. We can link client records together within family systems. There is IT support and access to an incredible tech team that makes it very easy to navigate and when you get stuck, you've got help right at your fingertips. All of the measures and the forms and the tools that are built in are incredibly helpful. We've got lots of access to intake capabilities. We're able to build forms and build things that are specific to our needs and our facility, the group practice that we hold. But yet there are templates that we're not starting from scratch. We get to build off of what is already there because it comes from a clinical and therapeutic space, which just makes it makes it easy. It makes our jobs so much easier so that we're not reinventing the wheel, which is really great. Signing up for Owl is easy. Joining the program, picking a pricing module that works for you, be it an individual practitioner or a group practice like us, you can find the program that works for you and the pricing model that works for you, and then connect with either the team at Owl who can help you through it or just log on and you click a few buttons and it's done. It's just that easy. As our program has ... or our practice rather has grown, Owl has grown with us, which has been super helpful and it's been pretty seamless, which has been really great. If you run a therapeutic practice, I think Owl's a great stop for you. This program holds everything all in one. It's a client database. It's got scheduling and a calendar right inside. You've got all of your billing and your financials. There's great workflow inside, amazing dashboards. It keeps you up to date and your to-do lists are right there at your fingertips. You know exactly what you've got going on, what to expect, and it manages your whole business. Everything's just all in one place. It's a great, great, great tool for managing your practice.
