ClubRight vs Rezerv: Which is a better fit?

Ease of use, and the company is still growing and happy to listen and help with the issues we have on the ground.

That was my only negative thing about the whole service.

Great service that integrates well with our business - the account links well to go cardless which is a great help. System is easy to use and help with setting it was great.

The only complaint I have had is that members can’t see how many are booked into a class (as they are used to seeing that with my past provider).

It's reassuring to know that we have such reliable support at our fingertips. In conclusion, ClubRight is a comprehensive solution that has made managing our community much simpler and more effective.

Before using this App I had to write down how many clients were attending my classes, send many messages or emails and keep checking bank account to see who paid. And I made a few mistakes.

Easy to add/change activities. Chat help function is great and so are the little touches like the Birthday feature on the dashboard.

We often get customers finding things hard though, maybe navigating around the app and booking on etc. Im not sure how simple it is from a member point of view.

The Rezeve team have created a fantastic platform that is not just affordable but user friendly and that looks great too.

Occasionally, problems are overlooked because we struggle to recall them.

We love the ability to manage class effortlessly. Plus, the integration with payment system has streamlined our operations.

Website design is more or less fixed. Some lags in the system sometimes.

For the price that we are paying and always feeling like we are the only gym they service, we are very happy with the choice to switch to Rezeve so far.

Customer Service is responsive and the features are not complicated. Ability to use Rezeve as a booking platform & website builder is great.
