Judgify vs Zealous: Which is a better fit?

I am thrilled with the support received and can't thank representative and the team enough.

The lack of immediate customer support can be frustrating.

What fun - and an amazing success. I loved the ease in which someone can upload a video, as well as the flexibility I had as an admin in terms of how to display content.

No drop down menu in the entry forms. No payment gateway or an easier way to submit completed nominations (received alot of confusion on this).

The software is great for award management and the admin console is clear when it comes to audit how all is going , a lot of option and edits are available.

There were no features that we used that didn't perform.

Our account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is wonderful and supports us every step of the way. The platform is so easy to use and has really enhanced the user and judging experience.

The interface for payment is 100% counterintuitive. No news from the customer service.

The judging process for our annual awards this year has been immensely successful thanks to the Zealous platform.

Sadly that there were some bugs while the public voting is live.

It was difficult to edit the categories that each judge was assigned to whenever there was a later change in plan.

The best thing about Zealous has been the outstanding customer service. I haven’t always set things up as I should, and they have pre-empted issues by noticing and letting me know.

If you were searching for a student by name this could be a little hit and miss.
