Integration with other tools has been a great benefit. However, the collaboration, prioritisation and visualization of the product roadmap is the best and most used features.
The billing mechanism of individual plan is awful experience.
There is no better way to record your feedback and, more importantly, link your feedback to a feature that a user has asked for. Also: the ability to strategically view all features is amazing.
As mentioned above, it is hard sometimes to detach yourself from the feedback you are writing up and often I find myself arriving at a conclusion and then re-editing other feedback.
I like how you can visually see and update all of the progress of your projects. It is easy to collaborate with other teammates and customize the solution to your team's specific needs.
Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.
The prioritization feature ensured that I focused on the most important features. The flexible roadmap allowed me to communicate the direction of my product effectively.
Searchong for already submitted requests can be difficult. Constant moderator required.
What has delighted me the most and was key in my purchase decision is the Jira integration capabilities. The integration is seamless, easy and really straightforward.
The temporary -- But the limit of the type of files that you can upload is a a slight frustration.
The overall experience with Avion has been great. Tim and James could not be nicer, the community is great and I am sure there is much more to come.
Deleting a story by mistake is a little tricky to recover from, but I expect there is something on the backlog to address this.
The support from the Avion team when issues/questions have arisen has been excellent and it have been really refreshing to have such active engagement and support.
Some additional missing syncing details to ADO - notably personas and comments but again these are part of some future development to be done.
The integration with ADO is great - the set up process was seamless - and the auto syncing of tags and states is handy and also customisable across story maps.
Roadmapping is still roadmap haha. So are some basic features - poor text editor, no cross board dependencies.
