The inability to give users from one organisation access to another - a lot of our students run their own studies and work at a hospital during this time, so will often have multiple log-ins.

The downside is that the research project is also entered onto the system by the national team which causes duplicate entries.

We have used Viedoc for a number of trials and we are very pleased with the ease of use and great functionalities. New, great features are implemented frequently.
SDV status of each form could be integrated in the same form and not in a separate from with all other forms. AE-CM linking feature is missing which could be added.
Clients are happy with Viedoc capabilities and sites find it user friendly, so it is a good solution for clinial trials with drugs and with medical devices, IVD.
Only thing that can be added is offline usability.
I appreciate the dedication of the design team to make the service as easy and convenient to use as possible and implementing new useful features (such as the form linking feature).
Managing the roles and rights associated with a specific design is difficult.
