One of the things that makes this tool difficult to use is the lack of features available in the module, but other than that this tool is very high quality.
I really like to recommend Optimo software because of their transparent pricing and well trained staff. They are super friendly and understand our needs.
Old user interface and also since it is a desktop application you don't have the flexibility that you have with a web application.

My overall experience as a accountant is super. They have very good pricing method for small and medium organisations and they customise their product for specific needs.
Their support team are very helpful, and are always happy to help. New ideas can be put to them and they are more than helpful to try and help and develop new features for you.
The features I feel are missing are already in the pipeline (just waiting for them to be released).
The software is a great tool for managing your entire venue including event scheduling. Also a great tool to promote gamification of most FEC models.
This is actually hard to say and I have to be really critical to even find a couple items. I believe Clubspeed can bridge a couple more gaps between there existing software platforms.
Very user friendly from customer perspective also, and aesthetically it is very professional and impressive with the displays available in house and online for the customer to see.
The main con for us is also potentially a pro for others, but we feel as though the system's diversity can sometimes become a slight hindrance.
With regular updates, the software continues to evolve and improve in functionality, and there are some exciting new features on the horizon.
I cant really think of any major cons, and if we have ever had any major problems we have worked together to come up with a solution.
