It's difficult to utilize if your internet connection is poor or unstable. You likewise need to keep the Google Drive tidy or you can end up with loads of futile untitled reports in your documents.
What I like most about google docs is that it allows me to organize information, notes, records, and more in an easy and seamless manner. I also likes that it integrates onto different devices.
The problems begun with missing functions (bookmarks and referencing them), missing formatting and image placing.
What I love about google docs is the ease of storing documents in the cloud that can be accessed, edited, and shared anywhere at anytime. I also love that there is no cost.
Sometimes I find when I am using the program it often lags a little when I end up typing too fast, which can sometimes also cause the webpage to crash, which is a little disappointing.
If you already familiar with other Google's software, using Google Docs will be an easy transition. It is really easy simple, quite good accessible and have user friendly interface.
When my internet is bad, it get stuck and I can’t type anymore. When you live in the mountains thats frustrated sometimes.
Overall though: stunning UI, awesome tracking, task management with time tracking against each task is awesome, and I love the analysis I'm able to do against my days with it.
Keyboard shortcuts frustrated me to no end though, and it took a while for me to track down where they were customizable in the app.
Its interface is clean and pleasing and its feature set is accessible. The premisse of the y-productive, which tracking what you do on your computer, is a good one.
3rd: Some functionalities are still missing such as changing which apps/sites are productive depending on task. 4th: At present, the price is too high given the above.
Gives me fantastic reporting and insights. Good "suite" of tools that keeps you focused on the task at hand.
That keyboard shortcut will start or stop your timers. Need to cut special text.
My favorite thing about Y-Productive was the UI/UX. It has a wonderful design that makes it easy to use.
I personally use Powerlist instead of this. The main function for me is just focus keeper and blocking all the interproductive sites.

So before I had Google Docs and we're talking many, many years ago, it was before everything was in the cloud. We had used Microsoft Word and just the ability to work in the cloud made such a huge difference for us. So we chose Google Docs because, I mean, for starters it was free and that was back in the day when you'd have to pay to use Microsoft Word and so we wanted to give Google Docs a try, again, because it was free. But also it was in the cloud and we didn't have to use space up on our computer to save documents. So getting started with Google Docs was super easy. It was the same as using any other similar Microsoft Word style program. It just jumped in with both feet and it was a piece of cake. So just jump in with both feet for Google Docs. It's super simple to use. Anyone who can use a computer in this day and age can use Google Docs. It's a no-brainer.
