The ease with which we are able to create a shared dashboard is awesome thereby leaving the team with more creative and productive time to make individual submissions.
A The only think i don't like about the software is it takes time to open , it might be problem with the laptop.
Smartly is super easy to navigate across multiple accounts and platforms. It's nice to have everything housed under one interface where most features are transferrable across different channels.
It is a very huge negative when thinking about using or renewing the software.

The chat help feature is just 100% awful. Too time consuming, many times the person on the chat line knows less than I do.

The momentary delays caused by bugs should be looked into as it causes a bit of a delay in meeting up deadlines.
They are great at explaining a process, why it's needed and it's benefits. Their forum analysis is my favorite feature.
Conversion rate optimization doesn't work at all, Support is tragically bad.
I needed a tool to easily allow me to test multiple hypothesis for shopping behavior and I think this was a great option. Really easy to set up and has a very friendly user interface.
There are bugs that might irritate you. It is still in the developing stage so most of the issues get fixed but you will experience new ones but it is evolving.
The heat maps are quite useful, Freshmarketer is easy to use and has a good user interface.

This app I really easy to set up compared to other apps of its kind. It also has a lot of features which you can play around with to get your desired outcomes.
Not much, but the biggest issue is speed. It lags very often but I think that can be attributed it to being based on JS.
