DataFeedWatch vs Koongo: Which is a better fit?

Good product walkthrough, easy implementation and overall a great tool. I have used several other tools in the past, but I think I found my favourite.

I have no particular dislikes except that feeds can be a struggle to handle.

It's quite easy to use with many functionalities. The support is however the best part where they are always happy to help and guide you through issues.

I've had some bugs when during processing the feed. It was stuck on the same stage for couple of minutes.

The ease of use of this platform is a complete win for our agency and the support the DFW team provides is superb.

We are missing features in the Master / subaccount setting.

My overall experience is very positive with DataFeedWatch. The support team consistently helps make our feed better and teaches me ways to improve and segment our data.

Usually our clients source feeds have at least a couple problems (example, required fields are missing). Then we can simply add them in DFW.

The software is clear and if you have any question support is great. You can ask them anything and they help you till it works.

Sometimes errors occur during the upload to a channel due to connection problems. We would like to get notified.

The onboarding was very easy and the support team (special thanks to [sensitive content hidden]) made such a great job. Integration on several marketplaces works smooth and is easy to maintain.

Nothing in particular, only perhaps that there is no Italian.

They provide excellent customer support to help you set up various ecommerce platforms and their integration works well with platforms like Ecwid.

Even If I am frustrated some times The team is handling that verry professional.

But the support always helps you. We switched from Channable to Kongoo for our marketplaces, since then we have been happy.

I have really no Idea because I communicate with the Koongo team all the time.
