The function of adding or removing fee and charges can be a very confusing task within the software. Perhaps these functions could be made easier to use.
The software is so easy to use and the team is super nice - always there to help you if you need it.
Whether it be from the meter reader or the data entry person mistakes happen; By utilizing Easy Reader and allowing it to interface with v10 those errors are almost completely gone.
I love the program and don't think I could run my business without it. I have always experienced wonderful customer service from the wonderful people connected to this company.
I would say as soon as we can we are leaving the software. They are cost-effective vs. the competition - but you get what you pay for and their programming team is lacking.
There are other features they have added which make this software a real bargain. Our experience has been awesome.
Can't easily reprint copy of last billing. Randomly kicked out of program for no reason.
But there are a lot of steps to do on somethings to accomplish a task. Thank goodness for the Customer Service Support.

The training you receive is amazing and this helps a lot knowing that you can always call and talk with someone and they can typically assist you.
I have yet to find anything I dislike with CUBIC.
Overall, my experience has been good with it. Frey has great customer support to help navigate the difficult things.
Consolidation of user accounts is difficult. The local school has multiple meters, so each meter has it's own account.
I have used 2 different billing systems previously & CUBIC is hands down the best. We are all very happy with the decision we made.
This can make our large user report difficult, because it treats each one of those accounts as a large user, however the real large user is just the school.
