We have been a loyal customer of RevenueWell for over 10 years. The most impressive aspect of RevenueWell is their stellar customer service and their willingness to continue to evolve.
Almost every time I try going it alone, I end up needing to reach out to learn about what I'm doing wrong. It's usually user error, however, the platform could be more intuitive and explanatory.
We recently switched from DemandForce to RevenueWell and it has been awesome. The ability to customize so many tasks easily has been wonderful.
The look-and-feel of their letters, however, is AWFUL. We avoid sending letters out as much as possible.
This is not only friendly, fast and efficient but has many features that a very useful. The only forms are amazing and were so important during the height of COVID.
I cannot think of anything. The occasional breakdown of communication can be a little frustrating.
