The communication abilities with patients was great. I loved being able to reach our to patients remotely in the event of inclement weather and cancellation or closures.
Customer support and reliability are awful. We left because we could not count on them and when they screwed up they don't admit their errors which is very frustrating.
I love the ease of use, that I can send a quick email or text to a patient instead of having to call them. Its nice that patients can communicate that way as well.
I would go into detail about the multiple problems, however am limited to the amount I can type here. The service is horrible, Still waiting for the support staff to call us back regarding the breach.
The automated texting reminders and confirmations are awesome and we have not experienced any issues so far. The smart reviews work very well and we have been getting great reviews on our website.
Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.
This software does a great job sending out appointment reminders and birthday celebrations. The patients also like to be reminded about their appointment an hour in advance.
Occasional errors on sending messages and occasional system issues created problems.
Great account managers, excellent communication. API is open and we are building a smart bot on top of Zingle.
When clicking on unread messages they will sometimes disappear. When messages disappear it makes it frustrating and very hard to find.
It's super user friendly and the analytics help us keep on top of ensuring our team delivers consistent service levels to our customers.
The customer service was awful plus there are lots of glitches with the software.
The ability to customize the software to our unique business model. The Zingle team has been easy to work with and they share our enthusiasm and excitement for growth.
Unfortunately this means all our messages are in ONE single inbox. This is the worst part about this service, having to share an inbox(even with the labels it gets messy).
It was great for confirming appointments days in advance, as well as performing simple tasks like scheduling appointments or asking for reference and inspiration photos.
We struggle with automated Welcome messages through HotSOS. It cannot communicate directly to our Hotel's PMS - SMS - so we must use HotSOS and that causes communication errors sometimes.
