Thomas: My name is Thomas. I worked for Le Gargantua, which is a hospitality company based in France that run cooking and baking holidays. We're a small team of three to four people, very small scale, and I and we absolutely rate Firebase five out of five. We primarily use Firebase as a database, and that acts as our source of truth because we have bookings incoming from our website, and then we have our own database, and then we shoot over the customer's data and the booking information to Firebase, where we use cloud functions to sort through data. We fire off transactional emails for additional information. In this case, it would be the travel preferences, the food allergies. We accumulate all the data like that giving us one source of truth for our booking management system. It's a great way, a very efficient way to remove a lot of laborsome tasks and human input as well, human intervention. So it's been a great time saver. It's been very efficient and also saves money in the process. I think on the whole what is the most attractive thing about Firebase is that it is a one-stop solution to accomplish so many things. I think as of yet I haven't come across something I couldn't do on Firebase and be that cloud functions running in the background of numerous different programming languages and then database management, document-based database at scale. And you can start very small and you can grow very big with zero downtime, and that serves its purpose extremely well. And that's what I like about it. As much as I like the Firebase interface, especially when it comes to Firestore, I think there could be a few improvements on the layout and the queries, the query layout, and then the design could be perfected a little bit, but otherwise I can't fault it.
