Intuit ProSeries Tax is for small to mid-sized firms wanting a professional tax software that offers simple forms-based screens and one-click access to calculation details to easily file returns.
It produces a good return for filing and has a great added benefit of a MA estate tax option to create the MA estate tax return after the federal estate tax return is complete.
What I like least about ONESOURCE is that there are some missing returns and the helpdesk situation is awful. We have had several tickets open for months with no movement.
OneSource is strong platform, equipped for finishing different expense related consistence endeavors. They have a phenomenal care staff that is prepared to help assuming you stall out.
As a user, I was never trained on OneSource and it is hard to complete steps. The row structure is confusing for the time card.
I like the tree format where you can expand and close pieces so as to see everything. Statements attached to the return are in an easy to read and follow format.
Sometimes it is difficult to make changes or edit fields in this application.
The best about this product is the simplicity of uniting different entities for our assessment form. This product empowers us to unite numerous entities into one detailing element precisely.
The buttons and rows do not make sense. It is hard to find my PTO balance other looking at my past paycheck sheets.

They do a good job of programming and carrying forward the necessary information. They are constantly updating and making better during tax season.
It was harder for me to go to H&R block and pay those hidden fees they don't really tell you they re charging you especially knowing how simple it was on my own with this program.
A small business sometimes cant afford accountants. This software gives you a solid platform to fully gain the benefits and tax deductions a small business deserves.
I stopped using it because I got with a company that has it's own software.
