Every time I call the R2O technicians I'm stalled and absolutely nothing happens.
I implemented all the help from the technicians at least 3 times and even bought a new barcode scanner on their instructions.
Changing the positions of different articles is difficult if you have more than one page within a category.

You can't edit an order that has been completed by either refunding or adding a product to the other. We keep getting connection error, login details incorrect when the details are actually correct.
The inventory management is great and copes seemlessly with a large amount of products (we currently have over 5 000 active listings) and high sales volumes.
So far, the experience hasn't been all smooth. I'll rate the experience as 70.
Big win on keeping stock in sync between webshop and brick shop.
The one missing feature would be having the app (even in a simple form) available for iphone.
Not to mention, the BEST Customer support ever. They helped me during early (March) pandemics, that is the actual reason why I stuck to them and got to know the product better.
