WorkJam is super easy to set-up and use, which is great for not-as-tech savvy staff.
Many times the WorkJam App has been down so I was unable to look at my schedule and timecards. It would also notify me that schedules were changed when there was actually no change at all.
I like the ease of navigating the app/software. M able to see open availability of other employees in case I need to switch shifts with someone, and that takes the guessing out for me.
It's a huge hassle to get a manager to call Workjam and reset everything. Idk why they made it such an obstacle rather than have the standard "trouble logging in?" email link to follow.
I liked how WorkJam showed everyone working the day of your shift and around what time to take your meal break. The messaging co-workers on the app was pretty convenient as well.
Trying to navigate the app was/is confusing. Still have no idea how to work the requesting time off in app.
All in all, It's almost more hassle than it's worth, it's easier to just snap a pic of the paper schedule since not many other services are provided.
I am also disappointed many of the features (group chat, time off requests, etc) have been started to get developed but appears to have been placed on the back burner indefinitely.
Their team is very responsive, easy to work with, and eager to help. Their resources have been huge wins for our clients and prospects.
That is my only complaint is there is not an easier format to provide the content.
The Virtual Benefits Showcase is a great resource with all of our benefit plan information and the Open Enrollment digital postcard provides quick access to all of our tools and benefit details.
The software and specific process required to submit content revisions or visual edits is very manual, not intuitive, and clients have communicated difficulties.
Flimp is incredibly affordable, easy to work with, the teams are all fantastic and they are very flexible. They want to solve the problem and will work to support you/your client to find a solution.
They receive excellent service and Flimp representatives do a terrific job of ensuring that the client implements the best product for their needs for the best price.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
