I just had a 2 week battle with Broadly over their billing during the COVID crisis. I terminated services by phone in March of 2020 when everything took a plunge and re-started services this month.
They are very good on what they do and have people working for them that care that you are happy. The price for everything that they offer is amazing.

We have about 17 employees and we've been around close to 34 years, but probably about 12 years full-time with people working with me. And we use Broadly, and I'm going to rate it at a five star. With Broadly, before we got with Broadly, we used a product called SignalHype and it was a good product, but it just didn't have all the features as Broadly does, and it didn't integrate with our website. So what's kind of nice about Broadly is it gives you a little chat box on your website. So instantly when somebody dials onto your website, a little box comes up with a picture of me and says, "How can I help you?" With Broadly, why we chose it is because they had a lot of integrated features that went with our website, and one of them is any kind of review we get, it automatically puts it on the website. So that way your website is constantly being updated with reviews and the reviews are coming from Facebook, they're coming from Yelp, and they're coming from Google. And the other thing was the price was very reasonable compared to what we were paying and it seemed like we would get a lot of reviews, which we are. With Broadly, I was concerned like some of the other softwares, it was going to be complicated and hard to install, but actually it was just the opposite. It was very easy and easy to install and we had a lot of contact over the phone just to make sure that everything went smooth and they actually went into my website and they put whatever they needed to do on the website so it would take my reviews and put them on my website as well as putting the little chat box on my website. So I really didn't have to do anything with that. The biggest suggestion I would tell possible users out there with Broadly is it really changed my business with just the amount of reviews we get, because what's kind of nice is when we do a job, it integrates with QuickBooks and when we do an invoice, they send the text message directly to the customer saying, "Hey, thanks for using our company. If you got a second, leave us a review." And we get a lot of reviews. We'd probably get two or three a day and we're at maybe about 1500 reviews and we're a 4.9, and we have probably the most reviews on Yelp than any other pest control company out there. We have about 75 and they're all five star and we're just extremely happy with Broadly.
