NAKIVO supports all (modern) Windows & Linux OS-versions, even my ARM NAS is supported. The software itself is very inuitive, the dashboard gives a good overview of the backup and restore process.

There are no real cons to mention. Sometimes we wish, that the logs in the UI would tell more details, when it comes to errors.
Updates are incredibly easy to deploy. Support through the slack channel is amazing both for how responsive they are as well as how good they are at resolving the occasional issue or question.

There are some limitations for SFTP but not a huge deal. The permission can be a little confusing at times but after you get used to it is not an issue.

The builtin Analytics make it easy to find hot spots. The capacity can be easily increased with no service disruption.
