The functions and the features are the most fantastic options throughout my experience with the software.

As an admin, my mistakes can have huge consequences.

It has been a great experience so far with this software. It has become a valuable member of the team and without this I don't think the company could function.

The list of apps we can backup is limited and some we use are not in the list (ex: Salesforce but not Hubspot).

The customer service is super reactive and efficient.

I like the storage, self-domain email, and multiple connected packages.

The calendar is useless in a denser backup cycle.

Easy to start with minimal configuration needed. User friendly interface, fast configuration, reliable backup and recovery, good technical support, good price.

Our organization used VMware VDP and we always had major issues with it. VDP would frequently break and ivolved days of wasted time on the phone with VMware to get it working.

What I like best about NAKIVO Backup & Replication is its ease of use, ease of implementation, and the features it offers. And the customer support is very helpful.

We have yet to try out the non-VM backup but we suspect that at some point we will throw that out and move it all to Nakivo.

I've had the chance to work with many backup solutions for VMware and Hyper-V. NAKIVO is one of the best backup and replication solutions with a Site Recovery feature at a very fair price.

There are no real cons to mention. Sometimes we wish, that the logs in the UI would tell more details, when it comes to errors.
