There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.
The one major downside to this product is the cost. Licencing cost for the application can be very costly when adding many users.
Also it will gain our customers satisfaction on our solutions. It is the best solution when we want to support customers via remote access.
I've seen some people complain that it's hard to explain to customers how to install.
LogMeIn Rescue has a lightweight interface and is quite easy to use. I used it when it was free and also when it came at a cost, but it was a great tool overall.
It can be annoying when you are in the middle of a time sensitive issue and need a tech to connect to your computer.
Love the reliability, dependability and features of Log Me In Rescue. I use this everyday and would never be able to get Anything Done without it.
Quite expensive but you get what you pay for. Unattended access is quite difficult to deploy but works well once done.
Been using it for 3 or 4 use, still using it, recommended to my collegues and they using it, so the cost is good, the easy of use is good.
When I got to know this software I did not have many expectations due to the bad experiences I had had with other similar software.
A very good experience, both in the use of the remote control and the attention received by the technical support. An excellent program that I recommend to all my clients.
I have not been able to configure the proxy so that it can be accessed from a private network, but it may be my configuration problem and not the software itself.
It is reliable and secure and can be accessed only on the permission of the person at other side. Its powerful data transfer protocol helps to connect remote PCs without any configuration.
Unfortunately, the performance is very poor compared to competing products. The video is jerky, inputs have a clear latency.
It is powerful, easy to use, with great options such as calendar, administration, etc. It is a great choice at a good price.
Does not have 2FA Auth, what is needed to give garanties that no one could access computers without permission if some ATO happens.
Greg: Hi, I'm Greg. I'm systems and network administrator for the home improvement industry. I'd give LogMeIn Rescue a three out of five, and for more reviews, click below. Before using LogMeIn Rescue, we had used other applications like Join.Me, TeamViewer, VNC, Windows RDP, and the learning curve for the average user in our organization was pretty steep. And that's the case in a lot of places where having the users who don't know or have computer skills pick up and use something like that, it's a little bit of an undertaking for them. So for us, it was not the best fit because of the user base that we have. We chose LogMeIn Rescue because it solved that problem for us, with the users being able to just pick it up and use it. The interfaces are very simple, user friendly. The support was amazing. Overall, it just kind of put the pieces together for us where the other ones fell short. Getting started with LogMeIn Rescue is pretty simple. The process of actually filling out the forms and signing up is as simple as it sounds, but then the onboarding and the initial setup and configuration really wasn't all that bad. They have tools to help you do remote deployments, across your organization. And if you centrally manage your stuff, it's a joke to do. It's very easy to manage, especially from an IT perspective. For anybody considering LogMeIn Rescue, I'd highly suggest it. If you're looking for something that allows you to remotely fix, do see how there's a myriad of reasons for using them. But LogMeIn Rescue is one of the easiest to use some of the best support out there that I've seen from a company. And like I said, it's just nice and simple.
