We have made our referral program sustainable and easy to manage, while gaining visibility to the success of our efforts. Implementation was easy and seamless.
The biggest bummer with Partnerstack was its lack of direct integrations with CRMs.
Also, it's easy for affiliate partners to sign up and start sharing your links. There's a good amount of customization, which makes it easy to keep all your affiliates happy.
I haven't had too many problems, but do find that having to log in to retrieve affiliate payments an unneeded step, but I can understand why they do it.

Not sure how to delete partner programs that I'm not participating in anymore.
I have been able to track my commissions with them and they are extremely reliable and responsive. Partnerstack has grown my income immensely and I am very happy with the results.
They only have Stripe and PayPal and it's difficult to use both of them in my country. I want them to add Payoneer too as a payment method to their affiliate users.
Very nice dashboard with comprehensive reporting. Feature-rich software with great support and smooth onboarding.
Overall I'm very frustrated but at the same time I get that they are a new company and probably have limited resources.
As a smaller e-commerce owner I also appreciate the great pricing and excellent customer service always ready to answer all my questions.
My frustration is borne out of the simple things I want to get done and get started but am falling at the first hurdle.
For who is like me that has just started and need a simple and free solution to start it's perfect. I also found out that there is a platform that allows you to connect with affiliate marketers.
Limited customization options in some reports.
Other than that keep up the good work, with dedication and a good customer feedback loop this will go very very far.
Small issue that, there is no mobile app for tracking.

Before I started using PartnerStack, I wasn't involved in the social media affiliate marketing at all. PartnerStack is what got me into it. So I would recommend PartnerStack. It's a fun way to earn extra dollars and become more of a presence on social media. I chose PartnerStack because it looked like the most well-thought-out player in the field. A wide range of things to share, and just a very well-thought-out program and easy to do once you cross-link all of your social media to the main site. PartnerStack was very easy to assimilate into what I do because as a independent marketer of my own creative work, I'm on social media quite frequently, if not all day, most of the time. So it's just a seamless transition to bring it in and hit some of those areas that perhaps you wouldn't otherwise do. If you're a business owner who spends a great deal of time or a fair amount of time on social media and/or on the web, it just goes without saying that PartnerStack would be a great fit for anybody in that position just due to the fact that with a few clicks you can earn more money or at least spread more awareness up and down your social media trees. So I would just recommend it wholeheartedly because the reward is definitely greater than the effort. No question about it.
