Whenever my team uses the software, we always start with a template and build from there. I would also like to note that the exporting options are fantastic and very comprehensive.
I was also a little disappointed that you couldn't do more image manipulation. Even Canva gives you options.
So, I'm super comfortable with the platform. It's literally saved me thousands of dollars, and allowed me to create really cool banners without getting additional design help.
Sometimes converting the emails to work with our benchmark software can be a pain. Converting files could be more simplified.
The experience has been good. They have recently been teasing some new updates so I am excited to see how those make the experience even better.
I've been using Bannersnack for just about two years now and sometimes I find the auto-saving doesn't work as expected and I find myself losing work I got distracted from.
Allows you to be creative as you want. Unlimited possibilities, easy to use, amazing customer support, a must-have for anyone in marketing or web design.
The only issue I've had with Bannersnack is the size of the ads. Sometimes, they are too large to use on certain display sites, which can slow down speed to market and is frustrating.
The templates, the ease to customize and what I love most the UI. Figma is simply beautiful.
There are few problems with Figma and many of the previous problems have been eliminated through monthly updates.
The awesome thing about Figma is that it does not just provide you with awesome tools/components for designing, but you can actually simulate the flow of your application.
It can be a bit difficult to orient oneself in the app when there are a lot of sketches and new designs because you have to zoom out and zoom in to the right level, which is hard to determine.
Figma is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone working on any type of project before investing too much time into the project itself. Figma provides great clarification.
Today the only weak point is that the functionalities of monitoring of design systems statistics are only available for enterprise plans.
After a couple of years of using Figma, I've really come to love it. The company is constantly improving and coming up with new and exciting additions.
It is very difficult to pick up the interface. The initial learning curve is difficult and takes a lot of time to understand the tools and icons, specifically if you are accustomed to Adobe tools.
Dan M.: My name's Dan, I'm a director of marketing in the financial services industry, and I give Bannersnack a four to five star rating. Prior to using Bannersnack Our team was using Photoshop to create all of our digital ad assets. The tool was good but what we've found was that it was challenging and time consuming to create all the different ad formats and sizes that we needed to run campaigns. We ended up going with Bannersnack for a couple of reasons. First, we love the idea that we can create ad templates that automatically populated into different sizes. So we saved a ton of time as a team there, and then quite frankly, compared to the cost that we're paying for Photoshop licenses, it made a lot of sense to look at Bannersnack as a tool to scale our efforts. The onboarding process for Bannersnack was really straightforward. We didn't integrate it with any of our other tools so for us, it was basically sign up at our users and get used to using the tool. The tool itself was really intuitive. The team grasped how to use it really quickly and integrated it into their workflows, basically right after signing up for it, probably same day we were generating banners through Bannersnack as opposed to Photoshop. I'd totally recommend Bannersnack to any team that's looking at it. We found that the time savings were significant with the tool, we realized right away that we can shave hours off of our workflow when it came to creating banners. I guess the only consideration I'd encourage you to keep in mind is that it's not a direct replacement for Photoshop, you're still going to need to use Photoshop for different types of materials and assets, but it's a great tool to augment your team's workflows when it comes to creating digital ad assets.
Rilwan B.: Hi, my name is Rilwan. I'm the co-founder and product designer for IT Media Limited. Right now, it's a team of seven people and on a scale of one to five, I'll give Figma a five. Thanks. I use Figma in my personal professional life. Like I said earlier, I'm a product designer. So when it comes to making app designs, website designs, which based on the feedback we've gotten from people, we're always trying to make insights to the platform, feedback is always what we use. So it's easy to add on [inaudible 00:00:38]. The company is two people working on our Figma section. That's a staff called Samo and me as well. So basically, the main purpose of Figma is for web design, for app designs, for [inaudible 00:00:54] graphic works that we do. The first thing would be how easy it is. Comparing Figma to competitions, there's a reason why Figma has been easily adopted by people, by a lot of graphic designers, a lot of UIUX designers. It's just simple to actually use. It's simple to navigate and the fact that you don't always have to download the software, you can just go anywhere online and your work is synced. You can use any system as long as you remember your login details. Then you can do whatever needs to be done. That's the first reason. The second reason would be the pricing. The pricing is really modest. It's not too expensive. You get a lot and the third would be is how collaborative it is. You can get a couple of people working on the project together and you wouldn't even feel like everyone is trying to do the same thing at same time because the way the platform's been set up, it gives you a plan to work on what you're working on, then for the next person to work on it as well. So those would be the three reasons why I'm [inaudible 00:02:07] with Figma. The only dislike about Figma, at the moment, I really don't have any tangible dislike. The only dislike might be the customer service, which takes a little while for them to respond to you. But that's about it. With the pricing, the functionality of the platform, everything is perfect. Only that might be what I will think that's an issue and we don't really have a lot of issues with the [inaudible 00:02:38] we're trying to get help. But maybe on two occasions, the response has being a little bit slower. But that would be the one only dislike, yeah.
