Order.co vs PayEm: Which is a better fit?

Overall we've been very satisfied with Negotiatus. The ease of use and responsive customer service have made our experience very positive.

Items often come broken or damaged and returning items is time consuming.

It's been great over the last couple of years because I can set budgets or my locations and see what they are ordering before I allow the order to be approved.

This becomes an annoyance when trying to find open, unreceived invoices. It should have an indicator that is closed or fully received without opening the file to check if all parts are received.

I like how easy it is to find the product I am looking for. The delivery tracking is also extremely helpful so I can have a better idea as to when my supplies will arrive.

Additionally there is lack of visibility on delivery times prior to actually placing an order.

The system remembers previous orders, making it extremely easy to reorder items. I like that I can choose items from a company like Staples and Order will negotiate the best prices.

This means that we usually cannot purchase other like-items, but are restricted to the selection of our organization instead of price and item comparing.

They have an excellent customer success team, making them true partners and not just service providers.

Now, with PayEm if an employee leaves and forgets to close an account/subscription that charges every month, we can simply cancel that card, and the charges cease.

The customer success team’s service is great. We immediately receive a solution for any questions that arise.

In the past, I had kept paying for subscriptions I had stopped using and had no idea we were still being charge.

I have been working with PayEm from the very early stages and, as a customer, we just LOVE them.

There is nothing that pops in my mind in terms of something I dislike.

An awesome platform that automates the full request-to-pay cycle, including all the bookkeeping aspects with internal controls.

Though I'm not on the finance team, and I'm not sure what was the original reason for using PayEm was, I know that the company was once accidentally overcharged $500 instead of $50.
