Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.

We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.

The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.

Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.

Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system.

Great ways of learning and understanding a way that is descriptive with interactive screens and texts that follows with imagery and very easy to relate to and gain knowledge as a result.

One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.

They proactively reach out to see if everything is as expected. Sending the checks is super easy and no one that had to fill them had issues, so that was a great and refreshing experience.

The candidate could not schedule the drug screen because of an error. The follow up was lacking and it took over 72hrs to get the issue fixed.

As an HR professional, I cannot say enough positive things about Good Egg. They are really great with customer service and are always timely and responsive with whatever comes up day to day.

Took way to long and it is difficult to use if you don’t know what your doing.

I have had a great experience with Good Egg so far. They have been very helpful when we have questions and concerns, and the price is the reason we switched in the first place, so that is a plus.

This does not reflect poorly on Good Egg, but can sometimes be aggravating.

I have had great experiences with them. They are super helpful and responsive and I get my cheks back in a timely manner.

For example, on the final screen it forces you to check the box: "upload document later" in order to submit. I have no document to submit but I check the box anyway so that I can complete the request.
