Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.

We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.

The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.

Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.

Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system.

Great ways of learning and understanding a way that is descriptive with interactive screens and texts that follows with imagery and very easy to relate to and gain knowledge as a result.

One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.

Also the ease of navigation on multiple platforms is quite impressive. The ability to choose which topic or how many questions to do is quite wonderful.

It becomes worse when it requires me to enter two password for a single login. It takes me a lot of time because I always login logout the app while I am studying on train.

Ease of use, Ability to set reoccurring deadlines for different personnel, Great course content with reliable data, Courses offered for each department in the laboratory.

The interface can be a bit confusing at times. There are places that icons and or links just are not very intuitive.

Easy to use and the variety of courses to take is very good. I enjoy the ease as well as an administrator setting up new employees into the system.

It seems that there is some redundancy in some of the processes. Having to take different steps for the end result can get frustrating.

I like that it is a easy to use and there is a good variety of subjects to choose from. I also like that it does not automatically expire at the end of the year.

As a traveler, sometimes the facility that I'm working at has a MediaLab account. If I complete CE's on their account there is no way for me to transfer my work to my personal account when I leave.
