ELMO Software vs Performio: Which is a better fit?

Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.

We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.

The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.

Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.

Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system.

Great ways of learning and understanding a way that is descriptive with interactive screens and texts that follows with imagery and very easy to relate to and gain knowledge as a result.

One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.

It's a great feature which offers some great business incentives and benefits to the user.

It doesn't wash my hair or brush my teeth in that special way she used to, it refuses to rotate my tires, and is absolutely useless when it comes time to stampede the herd of crippled yaks.

Overall, we are happy with Performio. The platform have improvements to work on but the Team have been extremely helpful and supportive in understanding our business objectives.

It is a little difficult to navigate and hard to change line items if they are not mine. This may be due to how my company has decided to set up the software.

The experience using Performio has been great and it is my goto platform to track my commissions on the revenue generated for my organisation. Thanks for building Performio for customers like us.

No more emails back and forth, and it keeps an trail of every approval or rejection.

I like how the dashboard looks and the tabs are very clear. There are not too many functions so its user friendly and easy to learn.

The view built into my Salesforce platform is sometimes hard to read and the window is small and tough to scroll (might be my companies platform integration however ).
