The automated email triggers are the best for reoccurring events like work anniversaries, birthday's, etc. It is also great that we can allocate certain budget to specific events.
Socializing it within the org was something we missed on.
The way it keeps the employee's engage through various platforms, rewarding them, motivating them and helping them to organize the data is the best thing about the software.
There is no much cons but keeps updating the feature.
