Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.
We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

I think ELMO could improve on some of the functions and buttons or adding more processes to make it easier to communicate to your team members.
