The ability to have on hold messages and educate our customers about things that they were not aware of. Also, we are thinking about another location and the ease to expand this phone system is great.
I get a static jitter during some of the calls which can be annoying.
Good company to work with and do make a good effort to help when needed. The phones we have been using seem to have a lot of issues with using the speaker phone.

Find me/follow me is a little annoying sometimes, but overall it does usually function. Upstream provider issues occasionally cause issues, but outages are typically minimal (less than 30 minutes).
Customer Service is excellent and if you are comfortable with technology you can do most of the setup and changes yourself, which is what I prefer.
There have been a few times that we've been unable to get the software to load but otherwise no serious issues.
