Upfluence vs Lumanu: Which is a better fit?

I love that Upfluence integrates seamlessly into other platforms like Shopify and woocommerce.

The customer support is horrendous. Dealing with their IT when things are completely broken takes days to respond and then its always the same response that doesnt fix anything.

They have great customer service and are always willing to hop on a call and explain something. Additionally, they are always improving and updating the platform to benefit the users.

I personally always struggled with the feature that gives clients access to viewing influencer content for a campaign. I found that my clients were confused by it and couldn't figure it out easily.

The team from day one has been amazing, supportive, responsive, and generally caring about you as a business/customer.

We have disconnected from the platform for almost 9 months and tried numerous times until we gave up trying. Billing refuses to stop billing even tho they are not able to repair the integration.

Upfluence lets you slice and dice their database of influencers to find the perfect fit. I love all the advanced targeting features.

We thought we were signing a month to month, and got trapped into a 12 month contract. It was presented in such a way you thought it was month to month.

The customer service is wonderful, always super prompt and help to troubleshoot any issues a customer may be having.

Sometimes social accounts get disconnected or we loose advertiser permission without warning or any indication how to fix it.

Because Lumanu was created with the creator in mind first and the brand second, it's such a fun tool for both sides of the content / ad creation -- and the influencers we work with have loved it too.

Frequently the influencers struggle with connecting to the platform.

It's been great and we will continue to use and leverage lumanu to accomplish our growth goals.

Very confusing to explain to the creator, they get nervous that we essentially can run any creative through their account.

I really love the ease of getting new influencers added on the program. Our team at Village Marketing helps set the users up, but from what we have been told it is a seamless process.

Occasionally the platform's simplicity can be a negative, as there's sometimes a need for a bit more specificity with paid media needs.
