House Flipping Spreadsheet vs Next One Technology: Which is a better fit?

The simplicity of use of this software was what we were attracted to the most. It was very easy to input the data into the sheet and the reports were robust too.

There were some confusing parts on the spreadsheet that are tough to use.

Ease of use makes this software a great option for beginners or seasoned investors. It's user friendly and the automation to produce clear and discernable data to make decisions is excellent.

I feel with more time working in the software I'll find a way to do this.

If you have too many module tabs open, there is a very awkward scroll bar to look at the ones of the screen.

Invoicing is particularly useful. Having documents in one place is great, and multiple projects.

We sometimes think that it is to many options and possibilitys to do different things in the system, which makes it hard to explain for someone how things had been setup or should be done.

Navigation is good, forecast and tracking is good.

As it can be a bit tricky to find the jobs that needs uplift on in a long list of a weeks work.
