Cluvio vs Luzmo: Which is a better fit?

The software is very intuitive, easy to use and has an amazing UI. The data types and charts are awesome and surely give users great options to display the information they need.

I received vague errors when there were issues, and using snippets within snippets was very temperamental so have since avoided using them.

A very awesome software that allows us to have custom queries run on data to produce very amazing results prior to business intelligence and analysis.

Don't like the "pay additional price for extra security", i.e. IP restriction.

The filter functionality on reports is also pretty flexible. The ability to create custom and secure sharing links has been very helpful in sharing communication with customers.

Dashboards have constraints that are hard to integrate with our UX standards. There are a few available metrics too.

Cluvio have on several occasions gotten on a call with me to talk through the product, and their turnaround time is outstanding. Cluvio has made a huge impact on our reporting of all our analytics.

It is expensive, so for little startups as us isn't possible to use the pay platform. It don't have google analytics.

Very satisfied as everything runs smooth: from onboarding to usage. Our own customers (who have access to the embedded dashboards) are happy and provide positive feedback about the looks & clarity.

Using copy paste between different dashboards is non existing. This makes it sometimes frustrating to re-create something in a dashboard, knowing you have done it before already.

I like the easy start, when you use it the first time you really feel like: I can do anything. I also like the Academy, that's a great recourse.

However, the longer I'm using the platform the more options and features I am missing.

Very good - it's a young product so I'm sure the functionality will continue to be added. Hopefully more formatting capabilities.

I feel limited in the usage because of this, and sometimes don't feel like diving into the software again. We have been struggling with the sharing and linking options as well.

It's easy to use, you'll have a great dashboard in minutes. You can create comprehensive dashboards with a lot of functionality.

It goes for both using texts, sizing etc as for graphs which are sometimes too limited.
