Event setup - things are in weird spots for setup, not intuitive or obvious; personalizing agendas is time consuming and frustrating, not straightforward.

Good functionality for event attendees to submit questions/comments and answer polls, both before an event and during an event. Fantastic customer service and relatively intuitive to use.

Sometimes it was difficult to navigate back to the full agenda. When there were multiple sessions taking place at the same time, sometimes the expanded menu was difficult to expand and collapse.

The benefits of creating more fun and interesting ways for the audience to engage with each other and the presenters.

The two biggest issues we had were. A that attendees had a hard time understanding the process for accessing the event, and that once they accessed the event, they weren't able to see the stream; and.

It was suggested that the viewers' poor bandwidth was causing the drops. However, I joined as an attendee, and had at least 20 Mbps up and down, and it would drop for me as well.

I liked it a lot that I could create stunning QR codes in different styles as well as colors. Also it was a streamlined process from beginning to end which is very user friendly.

Therefore, the subscription needs to be cancelled before the renewal date. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.

This QR code has been great for us to share links for surveys, general information, and quizzes. We were impressed with the ability to add our logo to our QR codes.

For our purposes, having to pay for a year of usage for something we will use infrequently just doesn't make sense.

Great program and has the best static QR codes out there.

We tried contacting customer service to see if we could work out something since we now have our codes created with them but they were rigid in their stance.

It's just so easy to get the QR codes made, and its really awesome to see all the analytics attached to the dynamic QR codes.

The biggest con is that if you want to continue using the product you have to sign up for a yearly plan, no other options.
