My overall experience with Skore has been positive. The tool is fantastic and is loved by everyone who sees it and/or uses it.

Some functionality affected by browser performance, which can be a bit disruptive to a live workshop.

Having tried a few other systems, I’m very happy to use Skore because it provides a great balance between a structured notation and speed of use.

It sometimes looses my work - cut/copy and paste as a mouse click.

The Skore team has been fantastic supporting our team as they learn the technology. They are flexible and available.

Failing this any questions sent to their support centre are turned around very quickly.

Skore is a great product, which can produce impressive results efficiently.

My own fault not Skore's as all I need to do is practice.

Good surface, not too busy, easy access. We could include most of our data since the solution can be installed on Company infrastructure so safety and security are on a high Standard.

I am not aware of specific problems of LANA that are not also present in comparable tools.

I really liked to upload your own data, do get an idea of what actually happens and how process mining works. I liked this design and the first glance of the process.

Csv upload was a bit difficult to understand what data format the timestamp needs to be in. In some parts I would see the drilldown to dimensions more elaborated.

Very powerfull, easy to use and a very good and fast support.

Data gathering from the complex system landscapes is sometimes difficult. The topic will be addressed by the new ETL tool.

Fast implementation and short release cycles, clean style, Ease of Use of the User-Interface, focus on compliance and conformance topics as well as the mining component.
