It is very user friendly for the end customer. The support team is right on top of anything that may arise (very rarely) and they are always improving on things to make this the best product.
Nothing in the con list for us to complain about at all.

The problem is they are in Europe somewhere, and with the time zone difference, you send your email, and get a reply the next day.

The service is top knotch, the people are all so helpful. And the software does so many great things, it's streamlining the process for me.
This is often necessary when a piece of equipment is lost due to damage or breakage , recovery issues ,Etc. A replacement has to be found.
Beyond please and excited for their future. Their support is fantastic and care about their product.
The only thing I dislike is Stripe, the payment processor.
Customer Service is very nice to work with. I like that Quipli is striving to better there company.
I actually was going to cancel our subscription and we have been with them from day one.
It has a very simple user interface. It is wonderful having a cloud based software that is reliable.
Cost is probably the only thing I could complain about. Being a brand new business myself any overhead that’s a higher cost is scary.
